head protection
Our helmets are in conformity with the
requirements of vertical impact and penetration
and the requirements of vertical and side impact
of penetration.
All these safety helmets are entirely
manufactured
(shell and points of fastener with
suspension)
with dielectric materials under
standards EN397
EN397, EN812 & EN443 Head Protection Options

Materials
HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)
Designed specifically for use in hard hats, made from 100
% virgin material and protected from UV radiation using a
special additive. Our wide spectrum of custom-developed
colors lets us match your hat to your corporate identity, of
identity work teams by hat color.
PBT (Polybutylene Terephtalate)
For applications requiring heat and spark resistance in a
plastic material.
ABS (Copolymer of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene)
Also available for a better lateral stiffness.
PF-SF (Textil phenol synthetic resin)
Established for more than 10 years under standard
conditions/tactics in fire fighting and search and rescue.
Not according to the requirements of thermal impacts in
container training and inside attacks.
Very good resistance to ageing and to UV exposure.
UP-GF (Glass fibre reinforced polyester resin)
4 times higher heat resistance than required by EN443.
According to the requirements of thermal impacts in
container training and inside attacks.
Very good resistance to ageing and to UV exposure.
PAA-NF (BioShield)
The first industrial helmet made from renewable raw
materials, protects people and nature.
The shell of the Ben BioShield helmet is made from a
natural fibre reinforced biopolymer.
A special manufacturing process ensures that the
characteristics of the natural material are used to the
benefit of the wearer and his/her safety.
The vegetable fibres used in the BioShield are cotton and
flax produced in Europe.
The voids in these fibre types make for outstranding
characteristic in terms of lightweightedness.
All the helmets (except the Spartan) and the Bump Caps can be personalized with the logo of your company,
in various places and sizes.
